How much does delivery cost?

•           Orders under £100.00 delivey charge are £5.95.- UK Only

•           Orders over £100.00 FREE DELIVERY- UK Only


•           All orders over £100.00 meet all requirements for FREE Delivey.

•           Before you put an order under £100.00, it merits taking one moment to check whether there are any additional miscellaneous items you need; maybe a new ink cartridge or paper to print on. That may well assistance you exploit free delivery !


•           Subject to stock availability, 48-hour delivery apply to orders for in-stock things set before 12:30 pm Monday - Thursday. (excluding bank holidays).           

•           Any Orders placed before 12:30 pm on Fridays will be delivered on Tuseday.

•           Requests paced after 12:30 pm on Friday, and Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Wednesday.

•           Note that coming up short our credit check system could defer your request; however, we will get in touch with you as quickly as time permits to demand additional data to assist us with getting things to you.

•           All deliveries are made through DHL parcel; thus, a mark is required continuously.

•           Normally our dispatch administration conveys between the long periods of 9am-6 pm, Monday to Friday. Tragically we cannot express a particular time that your request will be sent at.

•           A few zones, for example, Aberdeen and the Highlands cannot be adjusted on a 48-hour delivery. Delivey to these zones will take 2-3 days.

•           We deliver to all of mainland UK postcodes, the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland, but each place got different rate, so please check before you place an order so you can have the correct charges before shipping.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Channel Islands or PO Box addresses

•           A signature is required for all deliveries so please ensure someone is available. Please also check the number of parcels signed for matches the number in the delivery as disputes cannot be entered at a later date.            

•           Where applicable/ please include your relevant floor number on the delivery address.         


We use a specialist furniture logistics company who aim to deliver within 48 hours, however in some cases this may be 72 hours. If you have any specific requests, please contact us to discuss your requirements before placing your order.

Delivery of furniture items is to kerbside only. If you require an alternative delivery option, please call prior to ordering as we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for failed furniture deliveries.           


Delivery of safes is free to the ground floor and assumes there are no access problems (e.g. steps, door size, etc). You may be required to answer some basic access questions when you purchase a safe as there may be an additional charge for any other delivery conditions.

IT Services Item Delivery & Installation

Our Delivery and Installation Service uses a dedicated vehicle to deliver to the required address. Carried out by a team of fully trained and skilled installers, who provide a professional and quality service. All combined delivery and installations will be completed within 6 to 10 business days. You will be notified of the day and time in advance. On the day, our engineers will call one hour before arrival to let you know they are on their way.

Installation includes the removal of all packaging, inspection of all goods and we will clean down the area on completion.

  • Deliveries between 9am and 6pm Monday to friday.
  • 24 hours’ notice is required to amend or cancel any delivery and installation
  • Charges will be calculated at checkout

Reward items and free gifts

Reward item delivery is free of charge with all orders over £100 (ex VAT).

If you'd like to claim a reward item without placing an order, you'll be charged a small delivery fee of £5.95 + VAT.
