What is your returns & refunds policy?

Customer satisfaction is our priority, we’ll refund a product or order if you’re not completely satisfied with it, subject to our Refunds and Returns Policy as detailed below.
This policy is also detailed in the Terms for Business Customers or Personal Customers when you shop with us.

We comprehend that every once in a while, botches are made, and accordingly, we pride ourselves on a simple returns system.

Should you alter your perspective on buying a thing and you wish to return it, you should advise our Customer Service group of your choice inside 14 long working stretches of receipt of your merchandise. Returns for all items excluding furniture products are free of charge and aim to make the process as simple as possible.

Any furniture items which are no longer required will incur a 35% restock fee id it is still in the original package. This will be applied when the refund is processed.

Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept returns for any food or beverage items.

We may accept returns within 14 days but at our discretion and credit may not be 100% value due to the cost of restocking.

To make a return please seal the item in the original packaging and email [email protected] or call us on 02081919555 with the reason for return, product code, quantity and order number. However, any item eligible for return even if its faulty has to be returened within 14 days from the delivery date. After the deadline we do not accept any return and you will not be eligible for full refund.

It is your responabilty to contact us and let us know if there is any problem with the item in order to arrange for collection within 14 days from the deliverly date. We always try to help to provide the best customer services.

Business machines cannot be returned if the box has been opened unless it is faulty or damaged, as they cannot be resold.

Damaged Items/Picking Error/Shortages

If you find that you have damaged items, picking errors or shortages on an order this must be reported to us within three days of receipt of the delivery.

Faulty item

With the exception of Rexel and GBC Business Machines, the warranty for the first 6 months lies with Ketondo UK LDT.

Any Rexel and GBC Business machines, unless dead on arrival, must be claimed through the manufacturer Acco.

Furnaturs are Non-returnable Goods and will only be accepted in the Company’s absolute discretion or if they are defective at the date of delivery, and you have 14 days from the delivery date to ask for replacment if its faulty. after the 14 days will not be eligable for a full refund or replacment.
